Consultation - FREE 1 HOUR

Your invited to either come to our office, or have a video call, so we can discuss your ideas and needs of the website. We can have an hour together to discuss all about your personal website or your business website. If you have any questions, now is the time to ask. Bring with you, or send to me, any ideas you have wrote down, images, text, databases, social links and anything else that you feel would be important at our meeting.

      

Site design/creation

A website developer will create a full site structure for your website, this is based on yours ideas                        and needs, with a balance of our expertise to make it functional and successful. The site will have all the            features that you need and it will look professional, stylish and modern. All structure plans will include S.E.O        work and two marketing posts to get your website recognized. All this will be done within each                          allotted time frame within the structure package you purchase. Either 30 hours for a personal website or 50        hours for a business/e-commerce site. You can purchase more developer time, at any point, to do further            customization, back-office work, S.E.O work, branding, marketing, posting on social media sites, and much          more. 

                                            

S.E.O

S.E.O means Search Engine Optimization. It is the process of a person/customer/client finding what they need online via a variety of keywords on a search engine, and for your website to be what they are looking for. The four main areas we look at is: 1 - five site keywords. 2 - Page descriptions. 3 - Page keywords. 4 - Image tags. We also complete the Wix SEO plan. We then submit a sitemap to the Google Search Console and help you to register with Google My Business.  You will then have to wait for Google to crawl your site and display your website within their search results. ITS NOT A QUICK PROCESS! it takes a minimum of 4 days and up to 6 months before you will start to see results. We have no power or authority to tell Google what to display within their search results or where abouts within their search results they put your website. There is alot of different factors that is taken into consideration, but we make sure that all your keywords in each key area are the best they can be for your website. At Infinity8 websites, We can guarantee that your business name will be on the first page if it is unique. We can also work on other certain keywords and link them back to your site via a variety of online tools & strategies we use.

Both Infinity8 & Wix will manages everything to get your site hosted on worldwide servers -        giving your site up 99.9% of the time. Furthermore, if you encounter any problems with the website, or              with the site back office,  or if you simply have a question, we will be supporting you with these issues                Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, as part of the Standard Hosting Support Plan, constantly liaising with our              partners at Wix & keeping you updated.

Premium Hosting & Support

It is through Wix that we will host your site. When we publish your site with Wix, your web content is                stored on secure servers. Both Infinity8 & Wix will manages everything to get your site hosted on worldwide        servers - giving your site up 99.9% of the time. Furthermore, if you encounter any problems with the                  website, or with the site back office,  or if you simply have a question, we will be supporting you with                these issues Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, as part of the Premium Hosting Support Plan 24 hours a day, 7          days a week (first priority), constantly liaising with our partners at Wix & keeping you updated.

Domain Name

(Transferable) 

We can provide the domain name you require through wix.com. Alternatively once you've                                upgraded to a Premium Plan, you can connect a domain name that you already have to a Wix site this              can take up to 7 working days to transfer from another provider). You can choose from an annual                     domain name contract, or 2 & 3 yearly contracts.              

     

Social Media Promoting

(Facebook, Google My Business, Instagram, Pinterest & Twitter) 

We design bespoke posts for you, then target a particular demographic that is most appropriate for your            business, we then run a campaign promoting your business/products. You can choose how long the                  campaign lasts & we can also track the success of the campaign and make adjustments to maximise online        presence where needed.

If you require images on your website or social media posts, you will normally provide us with these. If you        cannot, we can possibly do this on your behalf, or arrange for a third party photography specialist to visit you and take the appropriate images (additional cost will be involved - P.O.A.)   

 

Domain name transfer from a different host

(Allow up to 7 working days for processing)

Please note, that to be able to do this type of transfer, you need to be on the premium hosting plan.

 

Third party services/Apps

(not limited to sounds, images & applications. Price on application)

 If you require an image, an app or even a certain sound on your website, we will be happy to source what you require. Such requests can vary hugely, so we always discuss this in detail with the client first.                    Additional costs may be involved with this (P.O.A.).

Any extra work or amendments to your site that are not included in the initial contract, will be charged at a rate of: £20p/h weekdays 9am - 5pm, & £20p/h for all other times including evenings and weekends.
